Orders outside the UK maybe subject to customs charges. This varies between country and products ordered and is out of Jayley's (Ubi Ltd's) control. This is payable by the recipient and will be collected directly by the customs authority. The courier will contact the recipient to collect any duties (as our couriers act as brokers).
Return / Refund
Returns
Please note: We do not offer free returns*. You’ve got 14 days to send something back to us from the day you receive it. You can raise a return in your account or contact sales@jayley.com.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds on fashion face masks or lingerie, if the seal has been broken or is no longer in place. Items must be unworn and unwashed with the original labels attached. This does not affect your statutory rights. We ask that all garments are returned to us in their original state and free from scents, fragrance or makeup, items will not be accepted if they are returned in any other condition than their original. Please use a trackable service for your return and keep your proof of postage receipt until your refund is processed. If you paid for your order with a gift card, store credit or voucher, a replacement to the value of the refund will be issued. A typical refund will take up to 21 days; that's 14 days from you returning your order, us processing it, followed by 7 days for it to make its way through the banking system. Please note that all in-store purchases must be returned to their original place of purchase.

Refund
If you are eligible, we can only process a refund with proof of purchase onto the original card or PayPal account used to pay for the goods. As long as you send the goods back to us in accordance with the Conditions of Return, Jayley will refund your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, due to varying processing times between payment providers.
Payment can be made to JAYLEY securely using VS Pay and PayPal.
All card payments are processed by either VS Pay or PayPal. We don't use any other payment gateways. Even one off card payments will be processed by VS Pay or PayPal as they are our payment gateway (brokers).
